Cancellation & Returns

Most of our products are individually manufactured based on customer specifications.
For these custom-made products, specific rules apply regarding cancellation and returns.

The following provisions therefore distinguish between:

• Standard products (e.g. from the online shop)
• Custom-made products (projects, configurator, individual offers)

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing non-customized products.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• we have received the returned goods, or
• you have provided proof that you have returned the goods

— whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Returned goods must be:

• complete
• undamaged
• in original packaging (where possible)

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the customer is decisive
• goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer
• individually configured or personalized products (e.g. logos, lettering, custom signage)

This applies in particular to:

• all project-based orders
• all individually quoted offers
• all products created via configurators
• all custom-made signage and advertising solutions

As our products are individually manufactured based on customer specifications, returns are generally excluded.

In exceptional cases, solutions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis following prior consultation.

Returns are only possible after prior coordination with our support team.

Unannounced returns may not be accepted.

• Goods must be securely packaged for return shipment
• The customer is responsible for any damage occurring during return transport
• Large or bulky items may require freight forwarding
• Return shipment must be organized by the customer unless otherwise agreed

The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Business customers are not granted a right of withdrawal.

For custom-made products and project-based orders, only the provisions of our General Terms and Conditions shall apply.
