Shipping methods, shipping costs, delivery times, shipment tracking, warranty and returns
Shipment within Germany will be carried out by our logistics partners DHL or DPD. All deliveries sent by sygns are insured against theft and accidental damage. We ship worldwide. We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to PO boxes. For partial shipments, the shipping cost will be charged only once.
Most orders are custom made and delivered within approximately three weeks.
Germany : 11,90€.
EU : €35.
Switzerland : 45€
Any other country : 95€.
Once we have sent out your order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the DHL tracking number. You can retrieve the status of the shipment after one to two hours via the following link.

We are making our best efforts in order to package our installations as safe as possible. If something has been damaged during the transport, we will replace the installation as soon as possible. Please contact our service team.
Installations under the category desygns can be returned within 14 days after receiving the goods. We will gladly refund the purchase price. However, please let us know of the reason - we are working hard to improve our service and products and your feedback is an important part of this process. Unfortunately, we cannot refund custom products and limited edition installations. Please contact our service team in case of technical problems.
You can return your designs installation free of charge within 14 days after the receipt, as long as the packages are unopened and undamaged. Please write an email to email@example.com or call +49 30 9561 9294. We will then Then we send you your personal returns label which you just have to print and attach securely to the package. All details will self-evidently also be sent via email. Once the return has arrived and been surveyed, you will receive a full refund.
